This is approximately a 1hr event that illustrates some Native Australian Bush Tucker and Bush Medicine. Attendees will need to have:

  1. Closed in shoes.
  2. Jeans / long pants.
  3. Insect repellent.
  4. Sun smart clothing and protection.
  5. Water bottle.

Description

This is a free event but spots are limited. The event will include over 25 plant species within a 600m along the Frenchville Road walking track. Bush tucker plants range from Figs, Plums, Limes, Nuts, Lomandra Grass, and quite a few others. These plants are seasonal so some may not have the fruits or nuts at the time. People with nut allergies should avoid this event as a precautionary measure.
